Thank you for considering allowing us to publish your content. We’ve developed these Content Terms and Conditions to ensure you understand how we intend to use your content. 

Agreement to Allow Content Usage:

User submitted Content may be used as defined below by Madden Media in marketing in association with the National Plan for Vacation Day campaign, and in supporting marketing campaigns, including but not limited to case studies and promotional materials surrounding the campaign, and User grants approval and use by Madden. User further agrees to transfer Content rights to Madden upon Content upload or email of Content to Madden. 

Definitions.

• “Content”: Any and all content submitted by User to Company, including, but not limited to, text, images, videos, audio recordings, and other materials.
• “Services”: Company’s website, social media channels, and other marketing materials.

Grant of License.

• User hereby grants Madden a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and transferable license to use, publish, display, and translate User’s content in media in connection with the Services.
• User also grants to Company the right to create derivative works of User’s UGC and to use such derivative works in connection with the Services.

Representations and Warranties.

User represents and warrants that:

• User is the owner of right, title, and interest in and to the Content, or has obtained all necessary licenses and permissions to grant the rights set forth in this Agreement.
• User’s Content does not and will not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights or any other rights.
• User’s Content does not and will not violate any applicable laws or regulations
